I am a Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher, graduated (level Master of Arts) Philosophy teacher, Sophrologue, Coach and a writer of children stories « Les Fables de Nicolas ».
I love to organize innovative workshops, especially of "SOPHROLINI":
a unique and powerful combination of Kundalini yoga, gentle Hatha yoga and Sophrology.
The sessions are held exclusively in very small groups in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
I am also passionate of working with children and adolescents, proposing workshops / ateliers of philosophy, meditation, yoga, philo-theatre, arts...
I speak fluently French, English, German and Serbian.

Hello friends, I am Natasha, I have a Modern Languages Degree and I help people improve their English, French and Italian language skills.
I give individual and group classes, using new discoveries in the field of neuroscience. The program directly uses the brains natural learning processes in order to acquire a foreign language as quickly, efficiently and enjoyably as possible.
