Love and light my friends ! 

I am a Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher, graduated  Philosophy teacher (Master of arts level studies on University of Belgrade and Bayreuth - Germany), Sophrologue, Coach and a writer of philosophical essays and children stories « Les Fables de Nicolas ».

I love to organize innovative workshops, especially of what I call "SOPHROLINI":

 a unique, holistic and effectivel combination of Kundalini yoga, gentle Hatha yoga, Sophrology and Philosophy , followed optionally by a wisdom circle - discussion and sharing  over a cup of chai.

 The sessions are held exclusively in very small groups in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I am also passionate of working with children and adolescents, proposing workshops / ateliers of philosophy, sophrology, meditation, yoga,  philosophical theatre,  arts...

I will aslo be honored to conceive a fully individualized program adapted to your special needs and situation for the individual private sessions.

I speak fluently French, English, German and Serbian.
